Hi, just bought a pair of these secondhand and no idea where to start…

WTF are all the different adjustments that can be made? The Marzocchi manual is worse than useless at stating which of the air chambers is which, so I don’t even know where to start. So far I’ve got:

    Left leg (disc)
Top (under the cover): 2 air valves, no idea what either are!
Bottom: air valve under a rubber bung

    Right leg (non-disc side)
Top: air valve under a cover with a flip up ring to undo it
Bottom: external compression adjustment (red dial)

Could any explain what all separate air valves are?

I know there’s supposed to be:
    – positive chambers (x2???)
    – negative chamber
    – PAR

but I don’t know what’s located where. I’m unwilling to mess around with them in case I put too much air in the wrong chamber, etc. Pointless too until I know where each chamber is located!

    Cheers
    Ally

    Ah, it’s OK, found this:

    http://www.wheresweyland.com/images/2006_marzocchi_service_manuals/2006-66-sl.pdf

At least it explains what is located where!

I’m going to use values and ideas from that thread on mtbr to tune it a bit and see how I get on…
