Is Marple under attack from the trail cockends?! Or is it just something innocent.

Riding up linnet clough & stopped to take a picture. Whilst I was taking a picture two guys came round & rode wide round me instead of taking the normal line. Normally most will be flying round the corner 20mph + so in conditions as good as they are now I imagine they’ll be even faster.

Anyway, said offending item

It’s an old sign post or gas pipe perhaps. Very well placed just out of sight as you approach the bend. A kid could have easily been messing around & just left it there or could deliberate..

What skillz course for hoping over pipes..
