Hi Chew, thanks for that. I've got the map, but I want to put the GPX into my Garmin so I know where I am up to and where to turn when I am on the course. Also so I can have a look at the cross-sections so I can see what the gradients and heights are like.

Just remember, that is probably last years route. This years is a bit different, although not much. Plus, if you are on the island, some of the course is on private land so is not ridable outside of the race.
