I’ve got a colleague coming up for a meeting / overnight on Monday . He said he’d like to go for a curry.

He staying in Manchester city centre , so there seems the most convenient place.

Whilst I live in Stockport and have my local haunts, I’d like somewhere decent and well priced in Manchester city centre.

    Thanks

It’s only an hour and a half’s drive to Birmingham for a decent curry. A bit less from Stockport maybe.

Akbar’s – touristy but nice enough and you can have a naan the size of a small child.

    Eastzeast, the riverside one.

Akbars is great, but no booking system is a bit crazy at the weekend.
