Right finally got the enthusiasm to clean out the rubbish that a family of 5 generate through various tasks out of my garage. Blank canvas now, ceiling is plastered so will be painted white. Now the walls are brick and in good condition quite smooth too, the garage is semi integral to the house (if that matters) what paint should i use for the walls, masonry or matt emulsion?. Guessing emulsion is cheaper but is it right to use?

It’s £25 for 10 litres of sandtex masonry paint. Should be enough to do a couple of coats in a garage. Goes on easily and is very tough. Emulsion would be fine, though.
