I figure everyone gets one zwift set-up thread. This is mine.

Last/Earlier this year I used my wifes laptop with ANT+ sensors to play Zwift, but found it was getting a bit faffy as I’d lose battery/wi-fi and then have to use my phone as a mobile hot-spot etc.., so it would take about 20mins to actually get started.

I want to use my iPhone 7 to run zwift with a spare VGA monitor I have left over. I need to use ANT+ sensors as they’re what I have from my Garmin. I can’t afford Bluetooth sensors right now. I think I know I can do both separately, but is there a way to do both together?

Is what I want to do possible?

Not without spending way more money than just buying some cheap Bluetooth sensors to replace the ANT+ ones

Plug the laptop in and get a WiFi range extender?

I can’t always guarantee to have the laptop when I want it though, which is another reason to try a different way.

What are the best options for the Bluetooth sensors?

I think the 4iiii HR strap acts as a bridge if that’s cheaper than new sensors.
