    Do you have to use Magura Blood with the Julie HP?

    Seems quite a steep price for the fluid

    Is there another mineral oil that will be ok?

    just get yourself down to halfrauds or local motor discount place and get some mineral oil there , most citreon cars use mineral oil brakes.
