    …when it took “too long” to respond to my initial service enquiry. So much as I’m sure they have better things to do than read stw forums a quick shout out too.

    It took a while but I got there and barring time frame it was a painless experience (on a all sides?)

    Magura did respond it just took a while, turns out it wasn’t just a simple home fix, so thanks to them for explaining why I couldn’t find spares and pointing me towards a warranty repair.

    Once it got to their door Zyro took care of the warranty work, quick, efficient and returned complete with new pads and mounting kit. Thank you to them.

    And finally thank you to specialised harrogate for dealing with the warranty return graciously and willingly despite it having not been bought through them and not being given cake.

    So in all a functional if cumbersome machine and thanks to those involved.

    Nice to hear a reasoned follow up rather than the usual forum rant followed by silence 🙂

    Glad it got sorted in the end.
