  • M771 or M772 to replace an old mech running M570 shifters?

    Decided to start doing up a 10 yr old Enduro frame sat lying around. Rear mech long since been taken off but from memory it might have been an M750. Shifters are SL M570.

    Will both M771 and M772 work with those shifters? Want to get one ordered today.

    EDIT: not going to bother upgrading the shifters as they always worked perfectly well.

    Any 9 speed compatible shimano rear mech will do. As long as you dont get a rapid rise / low normal (it will work fine, but if you’re not used to it….)

    Goodo. Wasn’t sure if the low/high thing would cause an issue. M772 orderd. Ta.
