also is there a big difference in weight between braided & non braided hoses?

Don’t bother losing weight off your brakes, it’s fairly pointless – go for performance and durability.

The Race’s are an awesome brake…. IF you are light, and IF your bike is light. AND if you are happy that they don’t really stop you but slow you.

For me that’s perfect, as I’m a skinny weed and have a light bike, and like modulation and have a tendancy to use my brakes too much.

If you’re running an M4 already, I’m guessing you have a big bike? Just go tubeless with lighter tyres – you’d benefit from that a whole lot more.

a turner flux (with dropper post & 120 uturns) tubeless ready too.

but still got 100mm sids & kcnc post for when I want to go light.

when I change the wheels it will be 24.5lb at it’s lightest. (going to enter some races this year so want to shave a little hear and there)

So, cool – Race X2s would be a better fit for a Flux 🙂 No idea about weight, buy some light’ish rotors too. KCNC make some Razors which is very light, they last about a year of abuse.
