Hi,

I just took my RS Lyriks apart today. Bought some new seals and wanted to freshen it up nicely. But when I got to the old seals i couldn’t get the BL**DY things out! At the end I got the first, upper seals out, by use of quite a bit of force, but I can’t get the lower ones out. Don’t really want to use to much violence as I’m just scratching the lowers. Anyone else had this problem and can shed a bit of light on how to do it… nicely!
