Just wondering what sort of distance people cover on your lunch hour ride?

Either on or off road, or on the trainer?

0 if I’m lucky and get a break it’s for 30 minutes so no chance, that’s eating and drinking tea/coffee time.

you must have a good job so you can get yourself riding at lunchtime!

I’ve often thought of giving a Lunch ride a go but knowing my luck I’d crash or snap something and be late back.

10 miles round the lanes.

I’ve got a 14 mile loop I can bash out in about 45 mins. Its the highlight of my day.
