Has anyone done a service themselves on the Marzocchi 350 NCR and got any idea how its done?

The workshop manuals on these forks are a bit ‘light’ on the ground.

    Cheers.

There is a travel change guide here. That basically does a lowers service.

    Cheers.

That only shows oil being changed in one side, from what I can find on the manufacturers site, it has oil in both of the legs.

The relevant bits from that link are
1/ Remove air-valve dust cap and let the air out of the fork.
2/ Using a 27mm socket, un-screw the air plug and then completely remove the plug and air tube from the station.
3/ Using a 1.5mm hex key, remove the rebound adjuster
4/ Using a 5mm hex key, remove the RH foot nut
5/ Using a 12mm socket, remove the LH foot nut

I clean and then use a vasoline type grease on the wipers/seals.
I use 25ml of 7.5 oil in both sides of legs. You can pour this from the top on the air side before you refit the air tube, but from the bottom on the damper side.
