    Needs to carry a laptop and associated work crap.
    Something like the Eastpak Floid, with fewer straps and more pockets would be good.
    NOT a Timbuk2 – had one of those and didn’t like it.

    Osprey Escapist 25, been a great commuter rucksack, light, comfy, divides up to be able to keep clothes/tools/ laptop separate and has built raincover and pocket if you wanted to place in a bladder.
