    I have used the Racing Bros low friction seals on u-turn lyriks and they make a real difference to small bump sensitivity, but you are replacing a rubber seal with a foam ring. Has anyone used the low friction seals on a fox 36? Does it make any difference as they already use a foam ring.

    It makes a small difference, its worth swapping to them the next time you need new seals, but probably not worth doing unless you need new seals anyway
