I have somehow lost the rebound thing with the alan key in of my rev. Is it possible to get replacements I can't find any on the web?

CRC do them but they are £16 and you can just use an allen key – http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=21941

Got a shed load of the short versions if you want one, they come supplied with all of the replacement damping cartridges we've had to fit, so kept a few old ones for cases like this.e-mail me an adress if you need one.
