    OP is feeling crap because he is 6 stone overweight and is probably overdoing the exercise. nothing to do with toxins being released from his fat.

    To loose weight you use more calories that you take in but you also have to have a balanced diet so your body actually uses the stored calories rather than the sugars you take in.

    IME it takes some effort to exercise so hard you feel ill not to mention completely ignoring your body – which he’s not.

    My money’s on some seasonal pollen causing irritation. Oil seed rape just coming out.

    if you are not used to exercise then it won’t take much to make you feel ill. happened to me a few week back.
