First beer of the week, well done, but how many bottles of wine and whisky!

I will be riding, heading up to wood bit earlier for the super duper, thigh busting, throwing up, heart pounding fast ride (at least it will be in my minds eye, so i will be walking up the hills!) then ready for the ‘slow’ ride that probably will not be that slow.

Okay, I had the “disappointing tenth” and final measure from the Ardbeg last night but like a proud little child, other than that little leak, I have been dry all week.
