Whats the ‘norm’ is it a plessant 2 hour raod ride, gravel new forest or maybe a mudtastic slippy affair.

Sounds like I’m going to need to buy a new bike to fit in when I finally get my bum back over!
That won’t be tonight though, overdid it a bit at the climbimg wall last night and my arms are in bits. Could barely cope at work today!

I am sure you could raise a beer though if you want to wander over a bit later
