    I think agent007’s provincial/suburban £300,000 house is more likely to suffer a crash than trailrat’s £425,000 London flat. There’s gonna be x million people moving to the UK in the next twenty years and they’re not going to be moving to Oban, Scunthorpe or Rhyl.
