    Hello

I would like to build, a commuter bike, at best with sliding dropouts, 1 gear set-up, v-brake studs, aluminium, is that possible to find ???

    Cheers

alloy, cant think of anything in alloy… steel is cool and works well on commuters. If you change your metal choice:

    All City Natureboy… http://allcitycycles.com/bikes/nature_boy1/
    Surly Cross Check… http://www.surlybikes.com/bikes/cross_check_complete/

Call or email if you fancy either. The natureboy looks awesome…

The Natureboy picture is a bit of a bling trade show spec. The actual one will look the same but less expensive rims etc.

But here is the good bit.

    Circa £850 compete tbc

Frame + forks only is likely to be around £350-400 for the natureboy, but that is very tbc

Specialized Tricross single does all but sliding dropouts. Find a 2nd hand one.
