Right I’m looking to change my cross frame as my tricross is a bit to big(54cm) its there anything that can better the kinesis 5T for around £200-250 with canti mounts?
I’d love a smaller tricross in the model i have but they seem to be in short supply in 50-52
I have all the kit to rebuild onto the new frame using the spesh forks
Riding I do is mostly rutty gravel paths, local trails/woodland exploring and racing in the winter
Will also double up as a road bike with lighter wheels and slicks when needed so a proper all rounder.

How do these frames measure up in comparison to my current ride?
If you got this far thanks in advance

I believe Jamie is the expert in this field; he owns one each of all the top ten cross bikes

(AS a total outsider, I’d think “racing in winter” is likely to be the crux – if you’re serious about racing then that’ll dictate the bike’s nature and make your woodland exploring a bit less pleasant than it would be on a more gentle frame)

I’m no pro and usually finish mid pack but I enjoy the regular racing every couple of weeks,I play more than I race 😆

I only specialise in frames with disc mounts.
