Looking for 800 width flat bars, 31.8 diameter handlebars which don’t cost The Earth and are under 300g weight

I’ve been looking for a while now and can’t find any, and can’t spend any longer than this in front of a computer, so was wondering if anyone knew of any that I could buy ?

I found some that matched all except unfortunately they were 35mm diameter
