Anyone seen any long (or longer) nylon toe-straps anywhere please?
I’m thinking maybe around 600mm rather than the more common 400mm-450mm versions. I find them useful for tying odd shaped things onto bike luggage, and their mix of [near] universality and re-usability appeals to my way of doing things.

Plan B is either to just use two, or to chop down a Surly Junk Strap to a bit more of a friendly length. Alternatively, I could easily make something up using some 15mm webbing and some SRB’s, but I’d trust a toe-strap clamp under pressure, far more than I would a 15mm SRB (and 15mm is a little wider than I’d like).

    Fasty Straps?

Only go up to 500mm, but cheap enough to join two together.

I bought some gelert 900mm ones from a pound shop yesterday. They are available on ebay for a couple of quid.

Try a motorcycle dealership. The guy across the road from me runs a race team and all his bikes/frames come tied down with webbing straps which he just gives away. Sounds like what you might be after, if cut down.
