    what is the longest for a standard 135mm hub?

    I got a huge one for attaching my trailer not sure on size I'm sure they said it was a tandem one dunno why that would need to be longer tho lol. It was from sjs cycles

    Assuming that you have chunky alloy dropouts you'll want a 173mm qr to make sure you get plenty of thread for the trailer hitch addition. Shimano do an XT one for not much money. SJS probably sell it as will your LBS, albeit they will have to get one in for you.

    Think its about 175mm but not got it now I'm afraid so can't check

    Had a spare Hope skewer and modded it for a mate using 5mm stainless studding, a lot of skewers use a similar design with a screw in rod, may be a cheaper option if yours has the same.
