I serviced my Team forks a while ago and they worked well, lockout and all, this time round i have no lockout at all.I filled with oil and bled them then screwed the lockout rod in and tried them out before installing back in the legs but the damper rod just travelled up with no resistance at all.Its as if the lockout rod was not stopping any flow of oil at all.I havent taken to bits either of the rods and seals.Anybody any ideas please

pump them a few times and it might fix itself. Worked for me on my fox

I filled full of oil and pumped the rebound damper till all the air was out,it was definately full of oil but when i screwed the lockoout bolt in there is no lockout at all,its not as if they are only working at say 50%,you can push the rebound damper in to its full length,no resistance at all, something sadly amiss, thanks for your reply though.
