Just fitted a new headset. My Revelations have a little groove in the crown that’s exactly the size of my screwdriver, which mean removing the old crown race was no hassle at all.

And the new crown race was split, so just slid on with ease.

And the new Hope headset went in with the slightest persuasion from a mallet and block of wood.

Easily my most satisfying 20 minutes of the week, and all down to the little things that component designers think of.
