Last weekend me and two of the crashes went to London for a show and a day at the Science Museum. My son wasn’t impressed, he’s not been in for years, and while he recognised lots of cool old stuff, what he was really after was lots of cool new stuff.

Is there such a place, or show or exhibition for a temporary version. He wants to see cool up to date science and tech. University open days often showcase stuff, but what bout for the general public. Anyone been to Gadgetshow Live? Is that all dull curved tellies and inline skates?

    Any ideas?

Ta for that, been over there a few years back. I think some of that exhibition was in the Science Museum last year. We’ll plan a trip.

National Space Centre in Leicester is good, very interactive and they have extra stuff on throughout the year.

Loads of museums are going shit, RAF Hendon is headed by a civvie who seems to be 1) Intent on rewriting history and 2) turning it into a daycare centre and corporate hospitality centre.
