There is a p7 led bike light at around £50 that looks to be great value – as much light as a hope 4 ( or nearly)

p7 led / MCE torches find favour with some.

for real money we have troutie on here who makes awesome lights

Ever since I bought them nearly a year ago I've championed the SKU12060 torches from DX (as above). Loads of light that doubles as a torch when needed.

From personal experience hope and lupine are great quality well made lights but the dx p7 torches and particularly the bike specific dx p7 (bastid)bike light make me wonder why i ever spent £600 on a bike light!!
