    is anyone from the Brighton area going up to do the Merida Brass Monkeys this Sunday and has space for me and a bike??

    I’m heading from worthing…
    But at present feel like shite, and this is my pre race nutrition strategy…

    I’m hoping to go still however..
    Any chance you could get across to Worthing in the morning?

    Looks good to me, I could get over to you but I may also go up the night before anyhow so more looking for a lift home after..

    probably best to send me an email letting me know your movements, as if I continue to feel as I do, getting out of bed will be unlikely, let alone honking it around a muddy wood for 4 hours…
