I’ve gone and bought a new Rune frame from the nice guys at Hargroves Chichester. This is a massive purchase for me, having never spent more than £400 on a bike or bit in my life! I’m sitting here shaking at the thought of what my wife will say!
Anyway, plan is to transplant my existing Heckler build onto it and migrate to 650b when I can afford. It’ll be xFusion Vengeance forks, 1×10 XT. Stans Arch/hope pro rims, Reverb, Sunline V1 bars/stem (65mm, will get 50mm), Formula T1.
Frame comes with Fox Float X shock. Will be used for local trails, Trail Centres, Enduro racing, Alps. Am a little worried I should have got the lighter Spitfire… 🙁 😳 😯 😀
