Les Deux Alpes has lots and lots of good riding, if you like pre-prepared and groomed trails – ie everything is man made. On the plus side, there are plenty of chairs, open ’till quite late, loads and loads of trails, not very crowded, alternative runs have less braking bumps, good village.
On the downside, there is nothing natural, no maps/compass/gps required, some trails can be closed in bad weather / snow / no thawing out, braking bumps bigger than Cannock ones on the main trails, some numpty crowding / riders / newbies on main trails.
Go for a week, it would be hard to get bored, and your body would break before you mastered all the trails.
