Local woods Sat night, Ilkley moor Sun, Flappit and Gisburn Mon and Judy woods tonight.

My legs are covered in scratches and bites, forearms brambled, an off tonight has left my forhead with bruises from my helmet (thanks Giro) and my shoulder/upper arm looks like chopped liver!

I bloody love riding, bring on the weekend..

Four of us out tonight,rode up/in/around Longridge fell/forest.

One particular section of singletrack that we ride on the outward leg & on the return is overgrown like **** with nettles & brambles,sat here with stinging shins'n'arms,plus a few cuts'n'grazes too.

That was followed by a leg burning,(mainly)out of the saddle big ring 9th road section back to my mates house.

P.S.Mustn't forget the 2 pints of Moorhouses Blond Witch at the pub stop…(Think that refuelled me for the road section)… 😛
