Pretty much as it says, I'm running the other half to Leeds on Saturday, then picking back up, so I've got a few hours to go biking inbetween. Where can I get too that's within 30-45mins from the city centre that'll keep me entertained for a few hours?
Any locals out riding that I can tag along with? roughly 11am-3pm riding time

Bingley, Stainburn, Ilkley Moor.
Stainburn for concentrated riding. You'll need a local guide to get the best out of the other locations mentioned.
Isn't stainburn a bit short? STW guide reckons only a few km of trails, now if I could fit it in as part of a larger loop that might good, or start & finish there.
By the time you do a couple of runs round Stainburn and head over Norwood way you will put in a couple of hours no problem.
Stainburn is short, just a couple of 1-2kn loops with technical riding. If you want a proper ride I would suggest Bingley or the Dales.
I filled that amount of time easily at Stainburn when I went.
Two laps of the black, with lots of re-attempts/getting off to walk.
Three or four runs of the descent line, which is brilliant fun.
A nose around across the road.
Made a good, if very challanging, few hours' riding.

Yes i was using 'we' in the Royal sense, just didnt know if you were free or not, and you know the area better than me.

If you are more concerned about how many miles you'll fit in to the time allotted then Stainburn probably isn't the best choice.
