Looked like he was forced into it after he and Renshaw lost their teammates on the other side of the group.

What a strange place to have a stage finish. They had 2km, 3km crossing the bridges with barely any spectators it seemed?

Cav’s team aren’t going to be too pleased at the way he eased up & let Cancellara grab yellow.
