yeah, well a friend and i went up to lee quarry today and on arriving my friend discovered he’d left the 20mm axle from his fork in the boot of his car, back outside my place in south manchester. an hour or so’s round trip to go get it. so we called in to ride-on to see if they could save us the journey and the chaps there loaned us one for the afternoon.
nothing but praise for them; they saved us a journey (which, to be honest with the weather today would probably have been one way as i doubt we’d have bothered to drive back up to the quarry after getting back here) and also saved our ride today.
