Have had a low end £100 Nokia / MS phone for 18months. Great piece of kit for the money, Nokia’s Here nav app is great. App market not as varied as IOS/Android but ok.
Windows has Age of Empires which is great and free!

Its on 8.1, never worked out why Cortana isn’t available though.
