Everyone likes to know how companys deal with warranty issues so i thought i would put my experience on here.

3 weeks ago i noticed a crack in the rear end of my 15 month old Lapierre. After contacting the shop, they arranged pick up of my bike and got it back within 4 days with a brand spanking rear triangle.

So basically i would like to say a big thanks to the shop – We love mountains, and to lapierre for sorting the issue quickly.

Definatley recommended.

Which model Lapierre out of interest?

You were lucky ! I had to wait 5 months for my s/arm ! No fault of the retailer, thats how long it took lapiree to make one.

By 2009 Zesty Swing arm was replaced in under a week too
