I have a couple of flats that I let out and would like the peace of mind of if anything was to go wrong its not going to cost me a fortune. So looking for a home emergency cover for landlords.

One property had extensive dry rot which has resulted in the flat being stripped back to a shell and rebuilt. This obviously wasn’t cheap but these things happen. I know things like that aren’t covered in these type of policies but plumbing, heating, electrics, drainage and security normally are, depending on the level chosen.

Does anyone use this type of service? Who are you using and why? Not sure who to go with.
