Is a quarter zip Jersey a deal breaker from a practicality point of view?

I want to get my friend a Nice Jersey for a significant birthday I’m torn between their three options (And from what I can tell Torm are one of the more Lady friendly catalogues!)

Long sleeve is out as its going to sunnier climbs.

So that leaves a full zip and a quarter zip. The quarter zip is better looking in my opinion.
