My KS lev is just about a year old and started sagging by about an inch when sat on (even without the cable attached) so it’s going back to jungle.

Anyone sent one back recently I’m off to the alps last weekend this month and tbh I’m not expecting it back in time?

Through JUngle and they are generally really good whenever mine had to go back. Have you rang them and asked about turnaround time?

I havent had a warranty from them, but I did send mine for a service (Jungle the distributor) think there was a 2 week turn around from me posting to the postie delivering it to me. Including missing each others’ calls for a day.

sent mine back through tredz and I had it back within 7 days , tbh it is one of the best warranty services I have had

Thanks guys just got back to find out I’ve missed a delivery from fed ex Which was my post, only sent it Thursday so that’s pretty impressive
