    what size seat post & clamp do they both take?

    456 takes a 27.2mm seatpost, not sure about the clamp but probably 30.9mm?

    The Shred takes a 30.0mm post, i would imagine the clamp would be 34.9?

    456 take a 29.8/30.0 clamp.
