Yup, I had a set once…no problems with them. Very smart too

I’ve got some, look very nice and blingy.

But then the bearing in one seized solid, which completely ruined a ride. They seem to be fairly firmly put together, so unseizing it will probably require terminal damage being inflicted on it.

    Back to Shimano for me

Bearing life wasn’t great on mine, they died at around 400miles. I’ve sourced new bearings though and these seem to be better now.

How did you change them – assume you just prize the middle ‘bits’ off and they survived OK?

Yep -ace things . Have them on my XO after my mate trashed 2 mechs due to his jockeys- plus very bad maintenance and care. The little cap comes off allowing you go get at the bearing. I used a flat piece of glass with some emery paper and made the cap fit more snuggly to keep a bit more mud/water out.
Had mine on for 1000’s of miles now

I use them on my commuter – no problems so far.
