    Off there early tomorrow with my other half before the trailhead opens. Are the trails well marked or do I need a map? Alternatively, can anyone point me at a GPX for the route?

    Very well marked.
    Never had any problem, the pdf maps on the 7 Stanes website is not really neccessary
