Do you take your child out in the child seat when it’s wet/raining? If so how do you keep them dry?

What is this rain of which you speak?

Not for any recreational ride, no. If it starts raining, or you’re dropping him off at nursery or something like that in the rain, I used to just tie my waterproof around the seat and his legs, and he’d wear his coat.
Think you can get special capes for the seats if you’re anticipating this being a problem.

Now 20 months old, BabyFish has been commuting 3 miles each way with me for 8 or so months in all weathers. She has a waterproof jumpsuit thing for wet weather and a snowsuit for cold/wet weather. Both suits have built in gloves/feet and hoods to keep the extremities dry & warm. A scarf around the face (ninja-baby!) is also required for very cold weather.

Use a snowsuit, even today, but it’s definitely not waterproof. Just wondered if there were child waterproof all in ones or capes etc..?

All-in-one waterproof suits from LittleTrekkers served us well.

She’s 18 months, I guess about average height.
