Miss Toys19 no1 is 4 in april and has the family trait of being short in the leg arm and back areas, she is 89cm tall with an inside leg of about 30cm. The Dawes Blowfish range are pretty well made and aren’t ridiculously heavy. They do a 12″ wheel version that might suit.
