That’s what i had to do. Stamp it down completely and then allow it back in on my terms and when I was ready.
Kind of like finding a massive bushfire, thinking that you don’t want that but a little campfire might be nice in future. You don’t put 95% of it out, leaving 5% burning and then walk away thinking that it’ll stay like that until you want it. You put it right out, and then when you want a campfire another time, build a small one properly.
