Kenda King of Traction 1.8": used as a rear tyre (with the Conti Edge, below, as the front) for 2 laps at Mayhem a couple of years ago and not since (I've gone over to tubeless). Clever tread, sticky rubber rolls fast in the centre but great edging knobs for off camber stuff. The Edge has even more serious side knobs for some front control reassurance. Both really great in gloop.
£18 for the KOT and £10 for the Edge.




Kenda Knarly: new, unused. Bought at the same Mayhem but the weather turned out not so totally bad after all and the KOT/ Edge combo seemed to work so it's been unused, just had some garage muck on it hence the spray clean. Nice review here:
