    Koppenberg, pah! Trooper Lane (Halifax) is where it’s at! In fairness, only half of it is cobbled – but it’s the steepest bit 🙂

    do 20 of them, over 250km, and you may start to see what the fuss is all about.

    It’s the history and tradition, not the actual size of the hills. That’s one of the things that makes cycling so amazing ie we can go and ride all the famous “arenas”.

    No rugby fan will ever play at Murrayfield, no tennis fan at Wimbledon and no football fan at Cappielow.
