    Till they start banning drivers who do this then it wont change

    Imagine it was a bunch of schoolchild walking to school. Very different outcome for him.

    There it is yet again, the get out of jail (relatively) free card for the modern motoring oaf…

    I am still not sure what someone has to do to be convicted of dangerous driving…

    “Slap on the wrist” might as well be a high five, parish councillor, magistrates? I’m sure they don’t move in similar circles…

    I normally go out of my way to try and explain the rationale or principle behind a sentence but that one is a ducking joke.
